Here we are in the dead of winter still, and yet, spring is around the corner and we know it because we can see the signs. It’s got me thinking about how to actively embrace the season’s change, even if I may want to hold onto the comforts of winter.

I want my daughters to know that it’s ok to take your shot, and regardless how things work out, either way you grow.
