Inspired by the love of a good woman

Sometimes I look at my wife and I can still remember back when she was simply my wife, and before she became the mother of my children.  It’s a trip how time flies.  One day you’re holding hands in Lullwater Park, dreaming about your future, the next you’re holding a little one’s hands dreaming about hers.  The greatest single accomplishment I’ll ever have is convincing Samantha Wakefield to marry me, and the greatest joint accomplishments we’ll ever have are our children Riley and Olivia.  Yes, today is mother’s day and I celebrate my wife for the mother that she is, because ‘Lord knows it takes a good woman to be a great mother.  But I’m thankful and appreciative that as hard as she works at being a great mom, she’s first and foremost a great wife.
